Selecting user, day of the week and activity to Set Internet timer for:

Click Show Users to select a user you would like to schedule Internet use for
or leave "Same for all users" enabled to keep the same settings for all WIndows users.

Select day of the week from the day selector
Select one of the activity tabs: Browsers, Messengers, E-Mail, FTP, Custom or All traffic.

· Browsers - web surfing is allowed only during the time you specify

· Messengers will help you to take control over the Instant Messengers such as Yahoo, MSN Messengers, ICQ

· Email - a user will be able to send or receive emails only during the hours specified by you

· FTP (File Transfer Protocol) - restrict file exchange activity using FTP services

· Custom - you can also create your custom filter to block, say Peer-to-Peer services
